Cane Garden Bay

If you’re looking for a more spirited scene, you are bound to discover it at the ever-popular Cane Garden Bay. Tucked into a protected cove on Tortola’s north shore, Cane Garden Bay offers excellent tourism infrastructure in the form of hotels, guest houses, a wide selection of bars and restaurants, and a small convenience store. It’s also an immensely popular anchorage for charter boats and a prime cruise ship passenger destination when one is in port. It can get crowded, but it’s a super fun and festive destination where the cocktails and conch fritters always flow. It’s vibey both day and night, with DJs, live bands, and plenty of dancing after nightfall. In the right winter swell, Cane Garden Bay boasts one of the best point breaks in the world, but a typical day is all smooth-as-glass seas and powder-soft sand.
