Ferry Schedules

Ferries for Tortola & Virgin Gorda

Ferries run daily from Road Town and Beef Island (Trellis Bay) to Virgin Gorda, Spanish town. 
Fees are $25 one way and $30 return. Cash and card are accepted with Speedy’s.

If you’re looking to visit Saba Rock, there is a new daily Saba Express transfer from Loose Mongoose, Beef Island – departure times can be found here. A short boat trip fro, Gun Creek from Virgin Gorda is also available daily.

Ferries to Jost Van Dyke

New Horizon Ferry’s operate between Tortola and Jost Van Dyke daily Monday to Sunday. 
 
Ferry’s between Jost Van Dyke and Virgin Gorda are currently only operating on Wednesday’s.
 
We recommend booking in advance and checking timings which you can do so on their website.

 

Ferries for BVI to USVI

Fares between BVI and USVI do not include USVI Port Fee/$10, BVI Environment Fee/$10 and BVI Departure Tax/$20 ($15 resident). Luggage fees may apply.

Whilst we believe the ferry times listed to be correct, BVI Villa Rental Ltd is not responsible for changes to the schedules. It is advisable to contact the ferry company the day before your intended travel as schedules can change

Born in Colombia and grew up in Venezuela, where she lived on the coast. She moved to the BVI in 2001 and spent the first 14 years setting up and running a successful diving business in Jost Van Dyke.
After that, Andrea worked in the yacht industry as a crew, deckhand, and lately as a yacht chef. Sail all over the Caribbean and the Bahamas, and mostly charter in The British Virgin Islands.
Andrea always has a cheeky smile on her face and guarantees all her guests will have fun on her charters. She is skilled as a Standup Paddleboard Instructor, PADI scuba, licensed powerboat captain, and chef and is now a full-time Villa concierge and property manager.
