We are thrilled to introduce this magnificent villa to our collection of short-term rentals. This exceptional residence offers chic and comfortable lodging for a group of nine individuals. With two of Tortola’s most stunning beaches just moments away, this serves as the perfect destination to relax and rejuvenate while relishing the beauty of the British Virgin Islands. Positioned on the northern shoreline at the western tip of the island, a vibrant boutique resort is within close proximity, offering tennis courts, along with a variety of local bars and restaurants just a short drive away. 

This sophisticated villa boasts four bright and airy bedrooms; each bedroom is distinct from the others. Complete with air conditioning in every bedroom and luxurious linens, this lavish and secluded property provides a sumptuous home away from home experience. It has the capacity to host up to 8 adults and 1 child.

Patois comprises of three pavilions. The main pavilion, which spans two stories, houses a well-equipped kitchen that conveniently connects to a covered open dining area. This dining area is situated next to a charming living space. On the opposite side of the living room, there’s a covered side patio furnished with deep cushioned seating, providing a perfect spot for relaxation while enjoying the breathtaking views of the ocean and nearby islands, including Jost Van Dyke. This location is also ideal for witnessing stunning sunsets.

In the eastern pavilion, you’ll find two bedroom suites stacked on top of each other. The upper suite features a 4-poster king bed, while the lower suite offers a 4-poster queen bed. Both of these suites include complete bathrooms with indoor and outdoor showers, along with cozy seating on their private balconies. The master king bedroom, adorned with a 4-poster bed, occupies a separate pavilion overlooking the pool. This spacious suite comprises his and hers bathrooms, one with a tub and the other with an indoor shower; these bathrooms share an outdoor shower. Exterior stairs leading from the side of the living pavilion lead down to the fourth bedroom – a roomy en suite king suite – accompanied by an adjoining oversized twin room, suitable for a child.

The villa provides several communal spaces that promote interaction, perfect for enjoying BBQ lunches and relaxing by the generously sized pool, complete with poolside loungers. Towards the rear, a built-in bar and BBQ area are situated. An outdoor dining table by the poolside offers a superb atmosphere for al fresco dining under the stars. Additionally, on the property’s far western edge, a tranquil oasis awaits, featuring cozy seating beneath expansive sails that offer respite from the midday sun. This area serves as a haven for reading, engaging in games, and indulging in serene contemplation.
