Seaglass is perched 400 feet above sea level at the base of Gorda Peak, providing sweeping views of the Sir Francis Drake Channel and enjoying near-constant trade wind breezes. Thoughtfully designed and landscaped to prioritize privacy and relaxation, Seaglass features a two-bedroom, two-bathroom Main House with king-sized beds and a fully furnished Studio Suite with a queen-sized bed. Each unit comes with its own private saline pool, patio, and grill. Guests have the flexibility to rent the units together or individually.

The main house has an open-concept living area, with a bright and airy fully-equipped kitchen with custom bamboo cabinetry, glass-infused concrete countertops and breakfast bar, a spacious living room and dining area, and is the perfect space for entertaining.

A spiral staircase leads to a mezzanine, with a queen-sized futon for extra overnight guests (additional fee applies), and an outdoor balcony, perfect for stargazing and taking in amazing sunsets and views of surrounding islands. Both bedrooms open directly onto the expansive patio with pool, lounge chairs, covered outdoor dining and new tropical gardens; the master bedroom has a large, screened-in outdoor shower. Both bedrooms in the main house are air-conditioned.

The Seaglass Studio Suite is a private, air-conditioned retreat, perfect for couples seeking a peaceful escape. The studio features a comfortable queen-sized bed and a well-equipped kitchen, along with a modern bathroom and thoughtful conveniences such as a washing machine with outdoor clotheslines. Outside, you’ll find a private saline pool, a cozy patio, and a gas BBQ grill, all set against the stunning backdrop of the Sir Francis Drake Channel and the gentle trade wind breezes. Whether you’re relaxing poolside, dining al fresco, or simply unwinding in the serene surroundings, the Seaglass Studio Suite offers a truly intimate and rejuvenating experience.

For larger groups, the Seaglass Studio Suite can be combined with the Main House, accommodating up to six guests in total.
