Turtle Bay House

This house is a great setup for a group trip. The common area that leads out to the pool and deck is awesome. Being separated from the bedrooms is such a nice feature as we never had to worry about keeping it down for those that were sleeping. The view is unbelievable. It’s perched 200’ straight up from the beach with a stone walkway going down to it. The walk down is great but you’ll be huffing and puffing for 10 minutes after climbing back up. I think I counted 15 islands that you can see from the deck. The online photos really don’t do the view justice. Easily the best view we’ve ever had anywhere. We hired a local chef to prepare a few meals and had groceries delivered ahead of time. The hostess helped in anyway she could but luckily we didn’t need much! All 8 of us loved this place.

Beautiful place in Virgin Gorda! The house has a great view looking west. It sits right above the beach which has cristal clear water and beautiful sand. You can access the beach by taking quite a few steps down from the house or walking on the road.

If you want to explore the island I recommend renting a car. Taxis charge $10 per person each way wherever you want to go.

Debbie did an excellent job as our host. We had a much latter arrival than expected and she was there waiting for us to explain everything on the house and the surrounding area. Highly recommended for a family or group vacation.

Very beautiful and private setting. Pool/deck area was wonderful with amazing views. Master was very large and very comfortable. Air conditioning worked well in all rooms. A great stay and we would highly recommend.

We have stayed at several homes throughout the Caribbean and this is at the top. Wonderfully located, with lots of activities within walking distance. An amazing, near private beach within easy walking distance. Views are stunning. It is very secluded and private. We didn’t hear any outside sounds except the ocean waves. The house is very comfortable and feels like home. Best of all the on site manager, Debbie, was amazing. Extremely helpful with recommendations, reservations, ferry times, in home spa treatments, etc. She made the trip planning extremely easy and would respond to all emails almost immediately. We loved this house and I would definitely recommend it to anyone.

Turtle Bay House is gorgeous, in a beautiful setting, and has views that will knock your socks off! It is very remote, but walkable to, and a part of Nails Bay Resort, which has a great restaurant and bar, down the hill. You will feel like you have your own private beach, and the house does have a private swimming pool. This house is FULLY equipped, and has beautiful ensuite bedrooms. They have thought of everything to make your stay comfortable and fun, including snorkels, paddle boards, games, and more. The house also comes with an amazing concierge, Deborah Bruce. She met us at our ferry, and came with us to the house. She walked us thru, and made sure we were comfortable, before she left, and was available to answer any questions we had. She is very professional!

You most definitely need a car to get to other destinations throughout the island, but I think thats pretty much true anywhere you stay on Virgin Gorda. We really enjoyed our stay, and would love to go back!
