This amazing modern seven-bedroom villa sits on approximately 6 acres on private Little Mountain Estate, Beef Island, Tortola, with commanding views of Sir Francis Drake Chanel including at least 12 islands, pristine Long Bay and Well Bay beaches. The beautifully renovated and expanded Allamanda Estate is housed in three buildings, two of which are the Original Allamanda and the other is the new Hummingbird Cottage.
Original Allamanda boasts 7,000 sq feet of covered space, generous size rooms an open plan gourmet kitchen and dining, and two separate sitting areas including a spacious living room and a separate TV room.
Two distinct spacious outdoor lounging/dining areas are special features of Allamanda Estate, each with its own half bath. Euphoria - the ultimate poolside lounge is complemented with a gazebo, bar, firepit an infinity pool and breathtaking ocean, beach and island views, and has the illusion of being on a private island, Euphoria lounge can easily accommodate up to 75 persons for that special occasion. Then there is the sophisticated yet playfully and colourfully appointed courtyard patio aptly called "The Happy Space", which can accommodate up to 40 persons easily.
Guests will be awed by “Audo’s Lookout” - the 360-degree roof top lounge with breathtaking, uninterrupted panoramic views, to be accessed by adults with a signed waiver.
