Dramatically sited above the Caribbean Sea, Island Spice villa treats guests to a memorable island holiday. Two matching bedroom/bathroom suites, furnished in island décor, flank the greatroom and are separately accessed from the deck. All rooms offer full sea and garden views through large sliding windows and doors.
Spend casual hours on the villa’s long, spacious shaded deck with spectacular 180 degree panoramic vistas of the Sir Francis Drake Channel and the British Virgin chain of islands. St. John, in the U.S. Virgins is visible on the far horizon.
Enoy the blue-hued pool, surrounded by mature tropical gardens and visited by hummingbirds, Tortola doves, and Caribbean bananaquits.
Enjoy an alfresco lunch while watching sailboats and yachts on the sea below. Pelicans, gulls and frigate birds frequently soar overhead. Take a nap in the hammock, and return for evening cocktails as the sun sets below the sea.
Although Island Spice villa is surrounded by the green Caribbean forest and is exceptionally private, it is only a few minutes walk (or drive) to Nail Bay’s beautiful Mountain Trunk beach, a great swimming beach for adults and small children alike – plus you’ll discover wonderful snorkelling. Nearby the beach is the Nail Bay Resort restaurant/bar, newly opened May 2019. Virgin Gorda destinations such as the Baths, Yacht Harbour Marina with shops and supermarket, and North Sound with its water sports, recreation, resorts and restaurants are a short drive away.
