The state-of-the art kitchen and open plan indoor/outdoor living area provide a focal point for pre-dinner cocktails and alfresco barbecues, all with ocean views of course!

**Neighbouring Construction – Due to commence February 2026**

We’re offering a 10% discount on stays from February 1st due to the possibility of construction on a neighbouring lot, which is expected to begin in November. While we can’t confirm if or when any work may occur during your stay, booking with this discount means you acknowledge and accept that construction noise is possible.

If major construction does occur and causes significant disruption to your stay, we will provide an additional 10% refund of the rental rate.
