Indigo Landing is a beautifully appointed 4 bedroom, 5 bathroom villa located on the western end of Frenchman’s Cay, Tortola, in the British Virgin Islands. With its own private dock and sweeping views over Soper’s Hole, past Great Thatch and over to Jost van Dyke, the villa is perfectly situated to take in all that the BVI has to offer.
The entry level offers a full service kitchen with Wolf appliances, and enough fridge and freezer space to stock up for a full week. The breakfast bar opens up in to a spacious living room, with a large smart TV and an adjoining office and guest bathroom. A fully covered deck wraps across the front of the villa, and includes a dining area for eight, and a walk up bar for cocktail hour. Just off the kitchen is the master suite, with a large step out balcony, en suite bathroom with glass enclosed shower, and a walk in closet.
The second floor hosts two king rooms, each with their own en suite bathroom with shower, and a third room with two twin beds with an en suite bathroom with shower, all of which open out on to another covered deck looking out over the aqua blue ocean right outside. There is also a laundry room available for your use on this level.
The lower level is home to a workout / yoga area and another full bathroom convenient to the swimming pool and dock. The pool deck is accessed via a second alfresco dining and BBQ area, with sun loungers and couches to relax by the water’s edge, and marvel at the sun setting over Great Thatch. The private dock is available for day charter pickups, leaping in to the crystal clear waters of Sopers Hole, or just dipping your toes in the sea as you watch the pelicans dive for their dinner.
The villa comes fully equipped with a compliment of linens and beach towels, weekly maid service and arrangements can be made for the delivery of pre ordered provisioning and massages or yoga sessions by the pool. Your own dock means you could rent your own rib for exploring the neighboring islands, and then come home to the services of a talented chef to treat you through your stay.
With high speed wifi and AC throughout the whole villa, Indigo Landing is perfectly suited for the business traveler needing to retreat after a busy day, or family and friends wanting to regroup after a day beach combing or exploring the islands by boat. Just a five minute walk away is the colorful Soper’s Hole Marina and Wharf, with a wide selection of boutique shopping, the Harbour Market, various eating and coffee spots and the starting point for deep sea fishing as well as water toy rentals and day snorkeling trips. Across the harbour is the West End ferry terminal with regular ferry trips to Jost van Dyke, and both Smugglers Cove and Long Bay beaches are all within close driving distance, as are a variety of eclectic dining options such as Tramonti and d’Coal Pot on the north shore. Nanny Cay and Road Town are a short drive away, and a pre-arranged jeep rental is highly recommended to get out and explore.
Several options are available for arrivals from the USA, either flying direct in to Beef Island airport with a private taxi shuttle to the villa, or the convenience of a private water taxi if flying in through St Thomas, with the added benefit of being dropped off directly at the dock at the villa after clearing BVI customs. Since entry protocols change frequently, we suggest you work closely with your agent to ensure you have the most current information on BVI entry requirements.
